I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience and a Certified Lash Extension Tech. I have worked in numerous settings in the industry from mobile-massage to chiropractic offices to luxury high-end spas. I started my own business a little over a year ago with the goal of achieving the balance and freedom I so longed for. As a mom, I want to be involved in my children's lives as much as possible, being a part of the every-day hustle and also for the lasting memorable moments. I always felt a bit hindered in my potential as a professional and wanted to grow as a practitioner and continue sharing my passion with a wider clientele. Now, I am so thrilled and thankful to have that opportunity. 

My education and training was focused around medical massage therapy so with that knowledge and my experience in many other practices and techniques, I can intuitively blend the best means of therapies that cater to your body and mind's needs. I specialize in pain relief and relaxation with focusing on relieving tension especially in upper back, shoulders, and neck. I have been a certified lash stylist since 2018. I was a Licensed EMT first responder and originally was pursuing a nursing degree but massage therapy just seemed to click more than anything so I knew it was my calling. 

My goal is to promote balance and connection between mind and body so you can start your own journey in finding harmony. Healing starts from within after all.
